To be simple, for me to be a Doula means to be next to the parents on their way to motherhood and fatherhood, and provide continued physical, emotional and informational support before, during and after a birth. This is the key - BEING when parents need it to provide holistic support. The essence of childbirth preparation is parents' self-discovery. A childbirth always means parents' birth the same moment.
And yes, I am ready and have a great experience in providing sessions online by Skype all over the world if you need such kind of support.

I was born in Russia and have been living in Geneva since 2013. I am a mom of 22-years old daughter. And my way to the Doula started at that moment 22 years ago. I was the first mom among my friends and acted as a prenatal & postpartum Doula for them. I did not know at that period the name of what I was doing.
Then it was long way to the Doula profession through education and practicing as a Perinatal Psychologist and a Gestalt Therapist.
Several years ago, I found out that what I was doing like a hobby has a name - Doula! So, to start my practice I completed in 2016-2017 Professional Doula program of Institute of Perinatal Support (member of European Doula Network) and continue my practice and development in this immense ocean of Birth.
I completed also a 2 years program in Birthing From Within (BFW) approach and became a Certified Childbirth Educator BFW to support parents in their preparation to Labyrinth of Birth.
